Note me
So, my day today was interesting. It actually started last night! Last night my little sister was complaining about her teeth, and me thinking that it was just her loose tooth I gave her a damp cloth chew on (it seems to help

) after I got back into bed she started crying again so I went in to see what was wrong. She said that all three of her teeth hurt now, so I said show me. Well, I was shocked. The tooth that was hurting her was one of her molars and it was decaying

I freaked I didn't know what to do. I ended up calling my friend, he calmed me down and told me to give her some Tylenol and we will make a dentist appointment. So thats what I did, and also brought her to bed with me. That seemed to work and the next day she was fine enough to go to school (she said) and I had to go to work. I called my boss to tell her that I have to make an emergency dentist appointment and she was more worried about losing her day off. Well! work (and especially that job) is not my priority my siblings are. She ended up coming in, and I had to go at 12 30 since my sisters appointment was at 1 30 and I work on the other side of the city =/.
At the dentist...first of all the assistant kept calling her my daughter after I told her that she was my sister

. Anyhoo...to get things clear: my sister is the only child in my family that has no coverage so I applied for coverage back in the beginning of August for her..and still no response. So since she had no coverage, and they found three other teeth that had to be pulled it was going to cost $900+. I can't see my sister go in pain so I was willing to pay it, but they said phone the insurance company first then get back to them ASAP so this is what I did. I spent almost an hour on the phone with the company who said that they received my letter August 5th (after telling me that I was no in the computer-but they spelled my first AND last name wrong

) and that I was accepted. Well i was RELIEVED my sister can get her teeth done and not be in pain..without burning a hole in my wallet

.
Right now, to help her sleep, I did give her some childrens Tylenol and hopefully by this Friday we will have her back in the dentist to see what we are going to do.
The dentist has a plan of putting her on anesthesia, I'm not entirely comfortable with that idea I feel she is to young to go through that

but I am being told by my bf that it will be less traumatic for her if she does go under

but I just hear scary things...
